It's Thanksgiving.  It's the first time I've been home for Thanksgiving in 4 years.  We don't live anywhere near extended family, but all of my immediate family were able to be together, including my sister who lives in NYC.  As per tradition, we started the morning off watching a few minutes of the Macy's Day parade before heading outside to go for a run.  All 6 of us ran 3 miles (5 km) and then went out to breakfast (this is also our New Years Day tradition).  Later in the day we had our turkey dinner.  And this evening we stuck to what has become a tradition as we watched Home Alone.  I must say, Home Alone is a good movie.  It had been a few years since I'd seen it and it had me laughing a lot.

Happy Thanksgiving everyone.  We all do have much to be thankful for.
